STEJERIŞ – Phase I of development, is an exclusive residential project consisting of eight low-rise buildings, dominated by green spaces, with a total of 82 apartments, duplexes, and penthouse units. STEJERIŞ is located in the historic area of Braşov, on the road to Poiana Braşov, 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the ski slopes. The exclusive location allows all apartments to be south-facing, with spectacular views of the historic center of Braşov, Tampa Peak or Postavaru Peak.

Phase II of development includes 81 apartments, duplexes and penthouses in 11 buildings. It began in 2024 and will be completed in the first half of 2027.
